BS EN 3 is the series of BSI's British Standards that relate to “Portable fire extinguishers” and, specifically, their manufacture.
BS EN 3 is the English language version of the European Standard EN 3, published by European Committee for Standardisation (“CEN”).
Unfortunately, the British Standards are covered by copyright and are not available freely. However, these can be purchased at British Standard Online or alternatively, some libraries may carry copies of the more common standards.
