Working at our Offices in North Leeds, successful applicants will, after appropriate training, be involved in most aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Company. The interesting and varied duties will include invoicing, dealing with customer queries, debt collection, liaising with our field staff and many other tasks that help ensure the ongoing provision of a first class service.
The hours are Mon-Fri 09:00 to 17:00.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar environment and must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Good administration and organisational skills.
- An ability to produce a high throughput of quality, accurate work.
- High levels of maturity and judgment.
- Confidence and effectiveness in working as part of a team or on their own initiative.
- An ability to use a range of computer applications.
- Positive can-do-will-do attitude.
- Ability to learn new skills and be adaptable.
Effective communication with both customers and staff is an important part of the job and should come very easily to the successful candidate.
Successful candidates will have a good educational background which clearly demonstrates numeracy and a very good level of literacy.
The package offered is very competitive, and improves for exceptional candidate after their early appraisals.
Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days per annum and increases to 30days with length of service. Holiday entitlement is in addition to Bank Holidays.
